Christmas is an annual holiday celebrated on the 25th of December. It commenmorates the birth of Jesus Christ. Although it is traditionally a Christian celebration, it is widely celebrated by many non Christians. Some of the popular modern customs of the holiday include exchanging of girst, singing Christmas carols, sending Christmas cards, church celebrations and decorating the home and Christmas tree with lights and ornaments.
